Barbra Peter discovered her passion for fitness 12 years ago during her first training session. As she gained confidence and trial group classes, her personal wellness journey became a calling. Now, she is dedicated to helping others find their own strength and confidence through movement.
As the founder and lead instructor at Studio B, Barbra brings extensive experience in personal training and group fitness instruction. Her certifications include NASM Personal Training, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor credentials, and specialized training in adaptive fitness for diverse populations.
Having worked with clients ranging from complete beginners to seasoned athletes, Barbra understands that every fitness journey is unique and personal. Her experience spans prenatal and postnatal fitness, senior wellness programs, and adaptive training for individuals with physical limitations.
